[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a KitchenAid Wall Oven for 20 years. New features such as proof, air fry and steam cook and crisp are great. Only complaint is fan is noisy on convection cycle than older model.

Not so great features,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my Kitchen Aid last month and am still learning some of the features.The menu board only hase the time illuminated and I find it hard to see the rest of the menu that is unlit. Recommend these selections also illuminated as well.
The steam feature selection is to narrow in choices of items to be cooked. Not all vegetables cook the same due to their make up and as I get different results form the settings depending on the vegetables '
On the air fryer setting there is no temperature showing that it is heating up until you get to the input temp you put in.
I see that the interior light of the microwave is halogen bulb. And when it burns out it will require the entire assembly to be removed to replace it. Kind of dumb isn't it. Not to mention how much that will cost!
The model in the showroom had an LED light ans that was the main reason I bought it. My last Kitchen Aid had the halogen bulb and burnt out twice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to replace my Jenn Air which no longer was operating as an oven.
The Kitchenaid microwave has all the right features and operates well.
The oven seems to be operating correctly, I have not used the Air Fry function yet.
I am particularly Happy that the oven goes up to 550 degrees as we make pizzas weekly and need a high temperature to make a good crust.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The document offering the Free Crisper Pan with the unit doesn’t work meaning it isn’t available when you try to get. Just look at all the reviews underneath it and everyone that’s tried.
The unit doesn’t NOT come with an operating manual, Why? So many new features with no instructions
