Still learning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a couple months ago and are generally pleased. It is interesting that the Thanksgiving turkey took an hour longer to cook in this oven than are 30 year old prior oven. Same size bird. Only complaint would be the manual, which we had to print, lacks information. Accordingly we have had to hunt and peck our way through You Tube to understand some of the features of the appliance.

Very Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this 5 weeks ago and am very disappointed. . We have never gotten any instructions that truly explain all the buttons. Abt us coming back out on Wednesday to check on it because the oven does not keep its heat consistent. We also tried the Air fryer but it never cooked the fries correctly. Have never had problems like this before in any appliance

Works great but missing some old favorites

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed for two months but cooks better than the 10 year old version. Miss some of the options, for example 30 seconds on the old version vs 1 minute quick button on the microwave. High and low broiler toggle on stove. Sits higher in cabinet making stove easier to see and use. Microwave is weirdly short for the width so had to adjust what dishes we use with splatter cover. Overall satisfied with purchase.

Where are the instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this oven since the week before Christmas 2024. It seems to work well. The operating instructions don’t really tell you how to use the features. For example, the upper oven can be convection or microwave. Didn’t tell me whether or not I need to remove parts or which accessories I should be using the convection. Didn’t tell me anything about the meat probe. I’m still learning. I can’t figure out how to use the lower convection oven without setting a timer. When the timer goes off, the oven goes off. And that is not helpful.
