Beautifully designed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wall oven is so beautifully designed! So far, I love the wall oven's versatility. I particularly love the size of the oven. My former 27" wall oven space was much smaller. I used the microwave and the lower regular oven tonight to prepare a full meal.The only thing I wish was available when purchased, was a quick guide to all of the features with some example recipes, but other than that, it's a great wall oven and I highly recommend it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice Looking. Impractical Door. Instructions?

Very nice looking and it seems sturdy. But there are several shortcomings:
*Microwave door opens down. It makes getting stuff in and out difficult. All microwave ovens open on the side, but looks are more important than usability here.
*We have never used the combo microwave / oven because we don't know how to. We have scoured the Internet for instructions and they are all very general. Why would any company build something and not provide a user manual? What can we put in to cook with?
*We have not used the temperature sensor in the oven because, yet again, no instructions. This should be pretty simple to figure out, so we will tackle it eventually.
I don't know if I will ever buy a Kitchen Aid again because of this aggravation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Microwave does not open to the side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven is pretty and works well with good features. The owners manual is totally useless. For example: can I leave the rack in the microwave when I am using it? How many minutes should it take to heat up a plate of leftover pasta?How do I clean glass doors? Do I take out bottom oven rack when self cleaning?
