Great unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the oven and micro combo unit…. Move them both, love the look and the handles. Replaced Bosch top of line units that were separate - and both the micro and oven failed over a short period of time…. Love this unit- also bought the KitchenAid warming drawer that is awesome!!

Great oven, poor support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a fantastic oven. However, my unit came with a box containing a bunch of items that were not identified. I sent 3 emails and spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone with support. They didn't really help except for a recommendation that I take a photo of one of the items and use Google Lens to identify it. A few hours later, I was able to identify the items as being used by the Microwave Convention oven. Crisper and grabber, rack, and tray. Nothing in the user manual except cleaning tips.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven/microwave works well but has an annoying feature -that being schreaching and squealing of the microwave turntable. We will be contacting the warranty department.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was time to replace my 24 year old Whirlpool wall / microwave combo. Love the new features, especially the large viewing window and bright lights inside the oven. It is also much quieter than my old unit.
