Very Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this 5 weeks ago and am very disappointed. . We have never gotten any instructions that truly explain all the buttons. Abt us coming back out on Wednesday to check on it because the oven does not keep its heat consistent. We also tried the Air fryer but it never cooked the fries correctly. Have never had problems like this before in any appliance

It is interesting that the Thanksgiving turkey took an hour longer to cook in this oven than are 30 year old prior oven. Same size bird. Only complaint would be the manual, which we had to print, lacks information. Accordingly we have had to hunt and peck our way through You Tube to understand some of the features of the appliance.
