Great Technology!

Recently, I changed out the cabinet I had underneath my Frame TV. I had a CD player and Blueray DVD player hooked up to the Samsung Soundbar. Once I put everything back in the new cabinet- make sure you have a hole in the back of the cabinet for the power cords - and turned on the power, the artwork that I had chosen earlier that day immediately returned to the TV and later I was easily able to watch a show without any stress! Intuitive!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my Art Display

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I most appreciate is the art display. The streaming works great, the picture is great. My only negative is that my first Frame tv only lasted 3 years. I’m hopeful that this one lasts longer than 3 years.

Beautiful Photos vs Black Screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the Frame TV....it's fun to catch the changing photos and review whether we love, like, or don't like a photo and why. We use Utube TV and Netflix. Am sure we will add more as time goes on. The sound, color, etc are excellent. We upgraded from a smaller TV and I did not want a huge black screen in the room. It's perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love this TV. We have it over our fireplace in our family room and use it for streaming movies, shows and sports. I saw this before we remodeled our family room and fell in love with it. The thing I love is that I can change the pictures on the frame with each season and holiday. The color and the details of the paintings are so realistic. We have fooled so many people when they come over. They always ask us we’re are TV is. We love it!!! It is so fun!!

Thank you for your review. If you're not hearing sound from your Frame TV, please try the following:
• Check your volume and mute settings, and confirm external speakers are powered on. • If using HDMI ARC/eARC, make sure you’re using a certified HDMI cable and go to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > HDMI eARC Mode = Auto. Also enable Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) under External Device Manager. • For Optical, be sure the external audio device is on before connecting, and set Sound Output = Optical. • For Bluetooth, try unpairing and reconnecting: Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List • For Wi-Fi speakers, use: Sound Output > Wi-Fi Speaker Surround Setup and make sure both devices are on the same network.
You can also try running a Sound Test: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Sound Test

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an incredible television! I use it in my office. Visitors cannot believe it's a television. I subscribe to the art service and change the art weekly. I like the built in streaming services and Samsung TV's network of channels. I did have to hire an electrician and a handyman to mount and wire a box into the wall to achieve the completely flat mount, so be sure to include that into your budget. Several people who have seen it in my office have purchased one for their home or office.
