The Frame looks incredible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the way The Frame looks on the wall. Mounted above the fireplace, with a custom frame, it looks like a piece of art. It has a great picture and with the Samsung low profile soundbar it’s makes a great pair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is phenomenal like any other samsung TV but this TV is also beautiful. I have 2 1 50" and 65" and people walk into my house and with the right picture and matted look it can do has tricked people to think the TV was an actual portrait.

Horrible service from Samsung Frame team

This experience have ruined my love for Samsung products.

glitches, and blasts with unwanted content

I’ve had the 85” for a month now and it locks up terribly and won’t switch between apps. Worse, Samsung TV auto plays with no way to remove it from blasting me with content I don’t want to see, and when it locks up, it stays blaring for a while before i finally usually unplug the TV entirely. Disappointed :( I’ve also tried to chat gpt and google and call to get a solution to remove samsung tv and nothing has worked. The tv override appears to be lovely but it’s so glitchy and the unwanted content is so aggressive that I have avoided using it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your feedback on the response time, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
While your TV may currently default to Samsung’s TV Plus app, please know you can choose what your TV does when you turn it on by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Start Screen Option

Frame Trouble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the 65” The Frame for 2 weeks and the volume increases and decreases on its own. Not good. Always have to have remote in your hand to turn volume up or down.

Thank you for sharing your experience with volume fluctuations. Please try the following which may help resolve this:
1. Turn off the Sound Sensor switch by using the button at the bottom of the TV, beneath the Samsung logo. With the TV on, you can push the button to the left to turn the sound sensor on or to the right to turn it off. 2. Try disabling some of the TV's intelligent functions, as these will automatically analyze and adjust your sound which may cause your volume to fluctuate. Go to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings and select Intelligent Mode to turn off all the functions or select each option to turn it off. 3. Please also make sure your TV’s firmware is updated. You can check this by going to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

The Best TV!

I love my Frame. Great picture. Very easy setup and mouth g was a little tricky only because I was used to the old mount. However I really love the way this turned out. The screen has no glare which is great. I have an older Frame and I wish that had no glare and the updated software would be great. I love the new software on the new frame and using all the features that comes with. The art work is awesome looks better than ever. It was easy to add my own pictures as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love My Frame

Currently not on the wall, but it is never the less a 75inch beauty sitting on a TV console. Super happy with my purchase at a very good price.
