[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Samsung LS03D QLED 4K TV is the best television my wife and I have ever owned. It provides the most clear and crisp images I’ve ever seen for a home entertainment system, and the colors are eye popping. But best of all is what I call the ‘art feature,’ which is when the television goes on sleep mode, it provides a picture-image-painting of your choice; from a wide collection of contemporary or classic masters. So, if you frame it on the wall, your television transforms into a work of art. All of these features plus the fact that the screen prevents almost all glare, gives the best home viewing experience I’ve ever had and relaxing nights that I look forward to with my beloved.

Remote is awful

The TV and art work are great the remote is terrible and directions for the remote are impossible to understand

Excellent viewing in a bright room

Motion detection doesn’t work

Great tv but the motion detection turn on / off feature for art mode has never worked. This feature was the reason I chose the frame over some other cheaper brands so it’s a bummer it doesn’t work properly. It seems like the only solution is to have a third party repair service come and fix it. They can only come on weekdays and have a full day time window which is pretty inconvenient. There really shouldn’t be any issues with a tv this expensive right out of the box but it seems like this is a pretty common problem with the frame.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
