Annoying that screen savers don’t work

Tv is great but i find it really annoying that if i get screen savers off etsy they need to be manually resized or the will have the fake looking matting Samsung provides. My old frame tv didn’t do this. Please fix it Samsung.
Also when going to new places in the interface it is extremely slow. You just sit there staring at a blank screen for 10+ seconds. In this day and age seems like they could fix that.

We appreciate your feedback, and for optimal features and performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your Frame TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

Been using my 65” frame for a couple of months now and I am very pleased with my purchase. The picture quality is wonderful. Some of the artwork looks real. The sound quality is excellent. No sound bar needed.

Faulty sensor and just as bad of service

Terrible issue with light sensor not working and terrible service. Service kept focusing on conversation about the motion sensor and we were asking for repair of the light sensor not working . I have three Samsung frame tvs . A 55,65 and this 75. Samsung service offered no further help even on a tv under warranty. I have 6 Samsung TVs total right now. Only time I have had terrible service. This is a problem noted on the forums. Any size but ,y 75 is the only one I am experiencing issues with.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dream TV for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My neighbor purchased this TV and I was in awe. It was on my wishlist for three years. I can now say I have owed the Frame TV for three months and I am in love with the art it displays in my living room. I will have a floating cabinets to house the box. This TV is the wow factor when people visit my home. Everyone has questions about it! I enjoy the fact that the art turns off when I am not in room but will start displaying when I am there to enjoy it. I don't spend a ton of time watching TV. I do like that there is that option.

One fantastic picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this for a living room area and wanted to have something that looked as nice off as it did on. After reviewing lots of options I decided on the Samsung Frame. This is a highly visible area in the home and does amazing as art in the wall. It also often doubles as a fireplace, music player, or general amsr video device.
I am a fan of the huge amount of features included. Including the simple and elegant solar charging remote.
I have many Samsung devices but this is definitely a favorite!
