[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed a 75” Frame TV. The TV has a matte-finish type of a screen that is really good in a very bright room. 4K provides good depth, black and vivid colors. A calibration of picture will greatly help to meet personal preferences. TV sound is acceptable and can work without the need of external dedicated audio equipment. The most important part is that above matte screen picture helps immensely when it comes to displaying photos-pictures. That said Art Mode requires a subscription but there’re other ways to play slide show of your favorite photos. It’s been in use for many hours a day for past months thus it appears to be a very well designed product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Samsung The Frame LS03D QLED 4K TV (2024) for a few months now, and overall, it's been a positive experience. The TV's design is truly a standout feature; when mounted on the wall, it seamlessly blends into the room, resembling a piece of art rather than a traditional television. The customizable bezels and Art Mode enhance this effect, allowing me to display various artworks that suit my décor. The picture quality is impressive, with vibrant colors and sharp details. The matte display effectively reduces glare, making it suitable for bright rooms. However, I did notice that the TV lacks local dimming, which affects the depth of blacks in darker scenes. On the downside, I encountered some issues with the user interface. Navigating through menus can be cumbersome, and the software occasionally feels sluggish. Additionally, I experienced Wi-Fi connectivity problems, where the TV would drop the connection and fail to reconnect without manual intervention. In terms of sound quality, the built-in speakers are adequate for regular viewing but lack the depth and richness desired for a more immersive experience. Pairing the TV with a soundbar significantly improved the audio quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV hangs like actual artwork and looks absolutely beautiful on the wall, the key 8s to select the right bezel for your wall color - we went with gold for cream walls.
Frame features generally work as advertised. The matte screen genuinely uplifts the space as opposed to having a giant shiny black mirror (regular TV).
The picture quality can't match an OLED TV of course, but is adequate given the upgrade in aesthetic and this is something everyone should be aware of before buying.
Overall this TV has seriously upgraded the aesthetic of our main living room and we love it!

Not only does it look good on our wall but in my opinion the sound and video quality are amazing. I also love the no glare feature the tv has, it makes watching darker movies more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this tv!
