Bought this and the TCL nxtframe. The visuals look amazing on the Samsung frame, and having the box to connect everything is easier than having to connect it all to the tv like on the TCL. Minus 1 star because on the TCL you don’t have to pay for the art work display and on the Samsung you have to pay a monthly fee. Also, I don’t like how Samsung’s remote channel and volume buttons are. I keep pressing the center, trying to push up or down, which takes me elsewhere and it’s pretty annoying.

I love the TV but HATE the software update that removed the user’s ability to create their own mats for their uploaded pictures. What is the point of having a frame tv if you can’t display your own pictures. Whoever approved this update should be written up.

It's a great tv came with everything you need to set it up. I believe the remote is rechargeable with a type C charger. I like the sleek design and the thinness of it. When it goes into rest mode it puts on scenic images or a faded dot pattern that flashes gently. Volume and speakers are great, nice crisp clean sound and even in low volumes. I like the features of xbox app so I can stream games, all though their a bit laggy I still get enjoyment from the free games. Im able to control the TV with my ps5 controller too! I think that's by far the best feature samsung has incorporated into their TVs.

Great TV, Love the Mate Finish

My son and wife bought me this tv while I was gone on a business trip. Came home and didn’t even notice the tv until they mention something about wires and this tv blew me away. My son installed it on the the wall and yep not a wire in sight. I’ve played with the different pictures for the couple months free and thinking about it I’d continue to set them up but not at the price identified.

Second broken TV. Seems fragile

This is my second frame TV in a row that had something wrong with it. We are still waiting for them to fix the one we currently have. Since we bought the first tv it has been almost 2 months without a working TV. I can’t give an accurate review on the actual product other than assembly was easy and it looks beautiful. But the customer service has been slow and it’s such a process.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
