We only own Samsung tvs but this one has issues with the volume fluctuating on its own. The tv will flicker while watching If we keep the art on for too long.

LoveTVs,

Thank you for sharing your experience with volume fluctuations. Please try the following which may help resolve this:

1. Turn off the Sound Sensor switch by using the button at the bottom of the TV, beneath the Samsung logo. With the TV on, you can push the button to the left to turn the sound sensor on or to the right to turn it off.
2. Try disabling some of the TV's intelligent functions, as these will automatically analyze and adjust your sound which may cause your volume to fluctuate. Go to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings and select Intelligent Mode to turn off all the functions or select each option to turn it off.
3. Please also make sure your TV’s firmware is updated. You can check this by going to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

I hope these tips help. If you need further assistance, please reach out to Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. LiveChat with an agent as well as manuals, software, and warranty info can be found at the ‘Support’ link on our Samsung website.

Good Art Mode; Bad at dark scenes.

If you are pursuing this TV for art mode then look no further, if you are looking for a great picture quality TV for watching in a dark room; look elsewhere. There is so many blotchy spots on the screen and bleeds from the corners. This is a known issue, Samsung may swap the panel but your next may be even worse.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi,

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your Frame TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
3. Eco: Provided to save energy
4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

For further assistance with settings adjustments, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Or visit us on the Samsung website and click on the ‘Support’ link for:

Not Happy with the frame choices
on January 5, 2025
Posted by: Marsha
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the concept and the quality of the TV. Do not like how the frames work with the TV. We have a 65" and our neighbors whose TV we loved have an 85" and truly why we bought a new TV. They have SO many more options on the picture frame. If we had realize this we would not have bought this TV.
Any chance you will be upgrading the frames on this TV in the future?

Beautiful Frame
on January 18, 2025

I gifted my wife this last Christmas and she absolutely fell in love with it. She signed up to get all the featured paintings and she’s enjoying the fact that she can change it anytime she wants to. She’s been asking about the bezel that can go with it but I’ve been shopping around and I have been hearing so many bad reviews about. Like very bad quality, cheap quality, not sturdy so I am hesitant because even the customer service have bad reputations. Very sad to hear.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sound issues
on February 5, 2025

Sound Issues. The volume goes up and down on its own, obviously when we are not using the remote.
Picture quality is good, although I was expecting more--maybe we don't have it on the best setting. Also, we have now gone from 1 remote to 2 remotes, as the TV doesn't seem to cooperate with our prior remote.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful TV
on February 5, 2025
Posted by: Manderson
I love the tv and the art looks stunning. Accompanied with an artistic frame it truly looks like a painting. I put it my hotel lobby and guests are amazed when the artwork changes. My only complaint and only reason it doesn't get five stars from me is that the one connect box has a constant buzzing noise. I have read online this is a common problem and I hope Samsung comes up with a solution.

I swore off Samsung 10 years ago when it refused to care about a top level tv that failed after 3 years. This—so far—has been superb.
