I love the Samsung frame TVs. I have 4 total. This is the newest addition. The remote change I did not like at first but after using it, I no longer grab the remote upside down, so I’ve learned to love it.
As many other reviews have stated, my tv came severely warped, about a 1/4”, so much so, it took 2 people to plug in the one connect box as the back panel of the tv was bowed out to a point it blocked the connector.
Also, the paper template for the mount is insulting. I know this is a mid range cost TV but how much would it actually cost to put a 1 piece template for the proper size of the TV in the box. Taping it together isn’t a huge deal but definitely makes it hard to get it perfect.
I will buy again, but as a loyal customer I hope the quality of the manufacturing improves.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great looking TV and painting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV is great looking and looks very smooth. Anti sun glare has been a particularly big bonus due to the placement of our TV having the sun shine through the window directly on it. You don't even notice.
The choice of paintings are fantastic and it does look great in the room. There is lots of options and add new ones all the time.
The only reason for the 4 stars v 5 stars, if we don't use the TV in a while the OS system tends to run slow for several minutes and is frustratingly not picking up the wifi at times.
