Great idea, mediocre TV and frame

Great idea poor execution. Bought it for portrait mode art. Reasons I do not like it:
* cheap looking tv with bulky power block. Frame did not help with looks. It is just cheap plastic.
* very narrow viewing angle. Poor image quality.
* art is paid. In addition there are no choices for portrait mode.
* software is laggy and extremely slow (3-6 seconds to process an action)
* very difficult to manage own art. It is like this is done on purpose
I just had it for one day and already frustrated with the software. It is going back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

Frame TV isn't all what I expected i mean just a regular TV wirh different frames to switch out an poor sound from the speakers it sounds like the volume is coming out of a can

Thank you for purchasing Samsung's Frame TV and for your feedback on the sound. To ensure you’ve got the latest sound quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

If the sound is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal preferences.

• Sound Modes may better meet your personal preferences. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode, or Expert Settings to fine-tune and customize your sound.

• Adaptive Sound will also further optimize sound quality by analyzing the viewing space and the acoustic components of the content. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings.

Should you choose to add a Samsung Soundbar to your TV, please know that our Q-Series Soundbars (such as the HW-Q600C) feature Q-Symphony which will synchronize with the speakers of your TV for an immersive 3D sound experience.

Annoying that screen savers don’t work

Tv is great but i find it really annoying that if i get screen savers off etsy they need to be manually resized or the will have the fake looking matting Samsung provides. My old frame tv didn’t do this. Please fix it Samsung.
Also when going to new places in the interface it is extremely slow. You just sit there staring at a blank screen for 10+ seconds. In this day and age seems like they could fix that.

Been using my 65” frame for a couple of months now and I am very pleased with my purchase. The picture quality is wonderful. Some of the artwork looks real. The sound quality is excellent. No sound bar needed.

Faulty sensor and just as bad of service

Terrible issue with light sensor not working and terrible service. Service kept focusing on conversation about the motion sensor and we were asking for repair of the light sensor not working . I have three Samsung frame tvs . A 55,65 and this 75. Samsung service offered no further help even on a tv under warranty. I have 6 Samsung TVs total right now. Only time I have had terrible service. This is a problem noted on the forums. Any size but ,y 75 is the only one I am experiencing issues with.
