Cool but issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mostly bought this TV so you don't see brackets when mounted. Love the features picture is pretty good quality. Only thing not impressed is has a discoloration band thru entire screen already not even 8 months old.

This TV is a SHOWSTOPPER. Period.

We wanted a television that didn’t look like a television, and what we got was nothing short of magic. This is not just a TV. This is art. Elegance. Genius. A conversation piece that stuns every single guest who walks through our door.
EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON.
They stop. They stare.

And when we click it on — jaws hit the floor. Watching someone realize it's a TV is pure joy.

The remote box is not worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the frame TV for about a year had a lot of issues with it. That always required it to be restarted. The problem is in order to restart it. You have to remove it from the wall because the control box is behind the wall.
I’ve since bought a different brand of frame TV and the box that needs to be built into the wall is not required for this brand same picture same quality easier to install.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

Love no cords

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact there is no visible cords. Hate the fact that to get art you have to subscribe as personal photos just don’t look as good. Also to get a nice frame for it is extremely expensive especially after one has already paid premium price for the tv. I bought the tv as a gift to family member. In hindsight I would purchase a nice tv and have it professionally installed to hide the cords and save a bundle of money.

Perfect size for small room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the frame design which hangs just like a frame on the wall. Good sound. Love the remote which charges by solar. Only downside is the the UI in the TV should be similar to the Frame 65" TV but instead it's different and not very user friendly on the smaller size frame TV.

Didn't Work After Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV went out after a few weeks of use. Had to have an actual repairman come to my house and fix it. We were without a TV for a few weeks. This was my very first Samsung product ever. Going back to Sony.

This TV is Amazing!

Technology has come a log way.
