The Frame is the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know what other brand name tvs are like and I will never know, Because Samsung is all I'll ever know. I decided to buy The Frame TV because I wanted to remove my 55" wine painting from the wall in the kitchen and have a TV there instead. So why not The Frame if you love Art as well The digital art collection has gotten better. My friends are blown away even before I tell them it's a TV they've all assumed that it's a painting. Such a great concept for a television. What will Sammy think of next?

People keep thinking it’s an actual picture frame

Literally doesn't work as advertised

If you are buying this tv for art mode, it literally doesn't work.
Motion detection doesn't work.
Light detection doesn't work.
If you turn off an HDMI source, you'll stare at a blue screen instead of art.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate you sharing your experience with the 2024 Frame TV. For optimal performance, please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
