Headache!

Purchased this tv 3 weeks ago and paid to have it installed. The "professional" install still hasn't happened. At this point I don't even know if this tv works or how it looks. It is still sitting sealed in the box! Called today, after the 3rd failed attempt to have it installed, to request a different installing company and was told to wait 1-2 days just to see if I can be done!! This is ridiculous will not buy another samsung product!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love This TV!!!

The matte screen is just beautiful and although I bought it for the artwork display, I also really like how movies and television shows look on it. Installed easily with no problems and have not had any problems streaming or with connectivity. I would absolutely recommend this tv!

You can do better

This is my second Frame TV. The first one lasted less than 3 years before the panel went bad. The cost of repair was almost as much as a new TV, so i got a new TV.
The latest software updates to the Frame have made functionality that worked before stop working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not worth it

Hung this TV a year ago. Minimal use and no exposure to adverse environmental conditions. It's never been the smoothest functioning TV....glitchy at times (screen freezing...unresponsive to remote, etc). Then about 4 months ago, the entire right half of the screen lost color balance. Today, the remote stopped working despite charging overnight. Theoretically it's a cool tv...but not good quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
