Everything depends on use case. Software SUCKS!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung really doesn't understand it's customers in the TV market. Their software has been abysmal on TV's for the last 15 years at least. The Frame is no exception. The "art" interface feels clunky and unintuitive, making it a hassle to navigate artwork options. It also lacks integration with typical photo platforms, restricting customization. Instead, it pushes Samsung’s subscription-based Art Store, which frustrates to no end. Even using the "home button" on the remote doesn't always get you where you need to be. When used as a TV, it shines, but NOT with the built in apps which are rarely updated, and often don't work or don't provide full resolution.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

Bad TV every

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I am not since I have received this TV, it has not worked. It goes on and off by itself. I am now trying to work with the people to fix it but taking so long. I got it in April and now it is July.

Amazing home upgrade

It's great that it dims and turns off when no one is around. I also like that it can auto display new art everyday. This tv has really elevated the wall its on by making it elegant. It's great for playing games and just watching TV too. This was truly a great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We didnt have a family room so I wanted to hide the TV and only bring it out when needed.....I didn't want a TV to have a focal point in the room. We tried councils and Armours but they were just another piece of furniture in a already crowed room. I asked my husband if we could mou t it to the wall above the piano and maybe put a wallpaper picture on it and a homemade wood frame to make it look like a picture. Good idea but unless the TV was on it still was a black screen tv.....when I was complaining about it to someone they told me about Samsung having a TV you could do that with but they didn't know what it was called.....we'll duh! When I went to our electronics store to ask about it they said why yes we have just the thing! It is called a frame TV!!! Lol....we'll this was when they were still fairly new and the price was big! But my heart was set on one...It was all I talked about! Come Christmas I got it! And I love need it....we bought another one, a bigger one, for our new family room! Best part is I can use any number of pictures offered or I can personalize the pictures and use my family photos.

I would recommend this TV to anyone, especially if you’re looking for a way to show off all your pictures to your family and friends, it works like a dream

Great TV. Frame is a scam!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Imagine paying a premium price for frame TV only to find the backgrounds are not included in the price. Nowhere in the advertising or description is it “mentioned” that to use the frame feature requires a subscription. Quite unhappy I wasted money on a premium feature.

Cool but issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mostly bought this TV so you don't see brackets when mounted. Love the features picture is pretty good quality. Only thing not impressed is has a discoloration band thru entire screen already not even 8 months old.
