Samsung missed the mark on this one. I ended up returning it. The screen colors at times looked unrealistic, sometimes shadowing showed up blue. The sound at times had a rumble to it almost like low bass when it should have had no bass at the time example watching the news.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice TV let down by a lousy remote

Nice TV, but cheaply made and unreliable remote. Instructions that come with the TV are next to useless. Remote is tiny, not back-lit and poorly marked. Useless in the dark. Online reviews I've read indicate poor reliability with all Samsung solar remotes. Higher end TVS like this should come with real remotes and a nice owner's manual.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your TV and remote, you can download the QN90D TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under Support (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the QN90D TV under Samsung Neo QLED 4K > D Model Lineup to download the guides you would like.

The e-Manual and Remote Guide are both also embedded into the TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support.

OS is terrible

Thought I was going to love this TV, but to be completely honest, I'm not impressed. I went from an old Vizio TV, 12 years old, and didn't noticed any differences. Even though this Samsung has a higher refresh rate it still looks the same.
The worst part of this TV is the OS. I believe it has the tinzen OS, anda it's horrible. It lags bad! Even freezes up at times. When I try to access the input for my PS5, it doesn't show it sometimes.
The didn't pay full price for this TV, since it was on sale, it else I would've returned it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your feedback on the response time, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your QN90D TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

Great picture

The only reason not giving 5 stars, is main menu is not as user friendly as an older crystal uhd I have, the simplicity of the remote is great. When tv goes to main menu the previous app or downloaded apps themselves are not easy to find. Maybe it’s user error but two people trying to locate their and having difficulty would seem otherwise. Overall satisfied with purchase and would purchase again.

Amazing experience.

I bought on Black Friday and the TV with sound bar has been amazing so far. The one that watches it mostly is my 2 year old but when we watch movies, the experience is amazing.
I would recommend this to a friend!
