[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV, the blacks are crazy dark barely notice the dimming zones. Compared to my previous crystal tv not only does it look better it also performs better, it's UI is faster and smoother.

The picture quality is incredible — 4K content looks sharp and vivid, and even upscaled 8K videos are impressively smooth. It pairs beautifully with my PS5 Slim, handling fast-paced gaming scenes without lag or motion blur. The refresh rate and brightness levels make everything feel immersive and alive.
The only minor issue I’ve noticed is that the settings menu can be a little slow to open at times, but it’s a small trade-off for what you get overall. Between the deep blacks, crisp colors, and excellent sound, this Neo QLED delivers on everything Samsung promises. Highly recommend it for anyone who wants a TV that looks and performs like a premium display should.

I previously had a 75 inch QN90A, so I knew what to expect. It's a beautiful tv. Next one is an 85 inch or bigger.

This tv replaced 85” Samsung that was about 3 years old and went out. I have another 85” that’s around 4 years old and it’s starting to do same thing so I’m sure it’s going out. That’s not a good track record for Samsung so I’ll have to go with another brand when I replace the one that’s going out.

A great picture so far!

I purchased this TV before Christmas and so far up to this point I have had a good experience with this TV. I was happy I got a good price on this QN90D 85 inch. Based on this and the other features I wanted, I decided to go with this TV. I had been looking at all of the other top brands that also had good pictures. There are a couple of things that could be improved like the operating system and the remote. It’s takes a little time to learn how to navigate and get to the settings. I am not impressed with the remote, it feels cheap for such a quality TV like the QN90D 85 inch. The other top brands have nicer remotes. This TV has a great picture, this is even more so when you fine tune the settings or perform expert settings. You just have to play with the settings until you get the picture you are happy with. But so far, so good up to this point. I will update in a couple of months.
