Fantastic tv with fantastic picture

The picture quality and features are amazing. 85 inch is the new 55 inch and everyone should own one of these. QLED is the way to go.

Really good TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the features are impressive with very good picture quality. The biggest issue is the sound quality. It varies so much that it is difficult to manage. Tried many of the automatic and manual features that affect sound and video with no luck. Picture quality was better with my OLED. Not sure I would buy this again

Thank you for sharing your experience with volume fluctuations. Please try the following which may help resolve this:

1. Turn off the Sound Sensor switch by using the button at the bottom of the TV, beneath the Samsung logo. With the TV on, you can push the button to the left to turn the sound sensor on or to the right to turn it off.
2. Try disabling some of the TV's intelligent functions, as these will automatically analyze and adjust your sound which may cause your volume to fluctuate. Go to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings and select Intelligent Mode to turn off all the functions or select each option to turn it off.
3. Please also make sure your TV’s firmware is updated. You can check this by going to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent TV but disappointed in the picture. Took several months to receive the TV once I got it I expected an exceptional picture compared to my LG non-4K. There’s really no difference in the clarity of this TV. My expectations were much higher.
