Very good picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality of this TV is very good however the sound quality is disappointing. The sound mixture allows music and other background noises to overpower dialogue during movies and other shows. I also have not been able to find a way to turn on the microphone function for the remote control.

This tv has a great picture and motion is smooth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Streams action movies smoothly during fast motion. I enjoy all the features like the apps available and ease of menus to program selection. The only issue i notice is that profiles of various users get lost for some reason, and requires an extensive search and restarts to find profiles.

Not worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality was not the same as it was in the store. There is no crisp picture even with streaming services and forget the cable company picture. So much pixilation happens with flashing lights and explosions. The refresher rate is awful. It was suggested to buy premium cables but they do nothing as well. Save your money and spend it on a Sony.

We appreciate your thoughts on the picture quality of Samsung’s QN90D TV. If the image you’re seeing isn’t to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to adjust.
Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
3. Eco: Provided to save energy
4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

The TV’s brightness and contrast and deep black levels are excellent.
The reflection handling is great with good shadow detail.
Its clarity and detail are top notch.
The quantum dot colors are rich and natural, the TV’s motion handling with minimal blur is very good. It also has multiple ways to stream games via Game Hub.
This great TV model is thin and stylish design and it comes with a sturdy pedestal stand.
The TV’s brightness and contrast and deep black levels are excellent.

The picture is wonderful, it was easy to set up. works well with The Smart Things App. The television was price just right. I even like the little solar panel on the remote. I give Samsung a 5 star rating on this TV.
