Glad I spent more than planned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is in my living room. Was easy to get set up. 4 out of 5 stars is based on sound. A couple of times, the sound completely stopped and I had to turn the TV off and back on then all was good each time. I also bought a Samsung sound bar, so not sure if it's the TV or the sound bar.
As far as picture, cannot believe how clear and crisp the quality is. I really am glad that I spent the extra money to purchase this set.

QN90D//QN55QN90 Samsung Neo QLED 4K TV (2024)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a 43-inch TV to a 55-inch 4K model. The picture quality is outstanding, and it features a slim design with a bezel-less frame. It has built-in speakers with four channels and around 60 watts of power, along with Object Tracking Sound+ and Dolby Atmos, which are excellent. The smart TV apps are too numerous to mention (I have over-the-air programming), and I haven't yet tried the gaming mode on my TV, but I expect it to perform similarly to my desktop computer.

Affordable with Great Picture Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The graphic and rate of motion on this model is very good. That cabling with the vivid colors allows for a greater viewing experience. The TV is light weight making it very easy to move around or mount. Fast networking capabilities allows for wavy connection and smooth upload/download speeds. I have not had a single issue with this model.

Nice TV but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV visuals are super sharp and beautiful. However, if you have lights nearby at night, you get a rainbow glare on it. You have to watch with the lights off at night for the perfect experience. Lights on, you get a glare when the black show up onscreen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from LG to Samsung since your tv was highly rated. Very disappointed that I cannot watch closed caption since I cannot turn on the microphone using your remote control. I can't find the switch on the bottom edge of the tv. I've tried many, many times and called service for help. I've used my phone to try to figure out where the switch is. Impossible for me to find it. Some shows Netflix, MAX, etc , it's not easy to understand what the actors are saying. I need the closed caption to claify. I also have Sonos Arc Ultra. What am I going to do with a tv that I cannot always hear and can't turn on the microphone?

Amazing quality and beautiful display
