The QN90 has superb graphic detail

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality on this unit is unbelievably intense. The clarity, sharpness, color definition, and viewing angles, make this one of the best TVs ever. With or without my glasses, from over 15ft away. I am able to view menus, and selections quite clearly from a distance. Everything looks natural, especially people's faces. The graphics are so real looking, it almost looks 3D. Even without a sound bar, the sound is natural and easily follows movement. I had a 65" QN90, still do, actually. I replaced it with this 85" unit fir distance viewing. The venues are easy to use, and Samsung Plus is great. I gave up cable because it provides all the entertainment I need. From YouTube, Netflix, FreeVee, Hulu, the internet and device integration, there is little this unit cannot do well. Samsung TVs are built to last. Despite the price, I am so happy I bought this. It upscales shows not in HD into HD quality. The remote is easy to operate. I have multiple Samsung models in my home. All of them still perform well. Even the one I bought 20 years ago is still going strong. That is a testament to Samsung's commitment to quality and providing an exciting experience. It feels like you are driving a high end Sportscar and it will get your motor running. The QN90D does it all.

Bad TV

The TV (QN85QN90DAFXZA) lasted less than two weeks after it was set up. It developed a six inch wide black vertical line on the right hand side of the screen. I contacted Samsung and after much back and forth text messages they agreeded to refund my money. The problem started on February 28th, it is now march 24th and they are going to pick up the old TV on the 27th. They will then issue a refund. We shall see!!!!

The ease of use is unmatched

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 55-inch Neo QLED TV is seriously awesome! The picture is super bright and colorful, and the contrast makes everything look crazy good. The 4K resolution is super sharp, and it even makes old stuff look better with AI upscaling. Gaming on it is epic with smooth motion and no lag, especially at 144Hz. The sound is really clear too, thanks to Dolby Atmos. Plus, it looks sleek and the smart features are easy to use. Honestly, it’s perfect for movies, gaming, or just chilling!

Excellent picture but UI Not Flexible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV's picture. So clear at 4K resolution. Colors are great! The options and backgrounds for Ambient Mode are amazing!
What I don't like is the UI provided on the various screens (Home, Ambient). I keep getting suggestions I don't want and I can't adjust these. The settings don't always work, that is, which screen or app to open on power on. I am required to setup Samsung TV Plus even though I don't watch it. Samsung should really make improvements in the OS to make it more customizable for users.

A let down

-1 star for all the advertising on the home screen.
-1 star for advertisement on my remote.
-1 star for advertisements on the Samsung smart things app.
-1 star because the second I ordered a new tv was announced.

Audio issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I also bought an S90D at the same time as my QN90D, and they both have an irritating problem with the audio volume jumping up for no apparent reason. I have tried every combination of settings, including disabling the microphone, and they both still do the same thing. I have both TVs for sale and will never buy a Samsung TV again.

Unbelievable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a new TV. I was torn between the QLER and the OLED. So many people like the OLED. Well if you have a room that sometimes is dark or sometimes bight then the QLED is my pic.
We also watch a lot of different things. I know people highly recommend gaming on this tv, but we watch Movies, Sports and TV shows.
Run out and buy one now. You will not be disappointed!
