We appreciate your feedback regarding the screen abnormalities you’re seeing on your TV. Please run a Picture Test to determine if the problem is caused by the TV. Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test

I bought this to upgrade from an older Samsung 8000 series 65" TV. The picture on this one blows the old one away. Not to mention going to an 85" with a good soundbar gives you that movie theater experience.
The only thing I can say somewhat negative is. This TV claims to be anti-glare, but it really isn't I get a pretty bad glare from the windows on the other side of the room. So I still have to close the curtains on a sunny day.

i bought this in Nov last year, and it is an excellent tv. interface is good & sleek. dones not feel any lag.
Intelligent picture feature is good, when paired with samsung q symphony soundbar (i purchased that at the same time as TV)- they both really work very well together.
sometimes I had observed that TV does not turn on using the remote (as if it is stuck in standby), and I have to do a power recycle (power on/off).
