The quality for the price is unbelievable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is a beautiful product. It looks lux. As with all Samsung tvs, it does saturation well - I prefer the hyper-realism feel to that of a flat colored other brand. Especially for gaming. The built-in speakers do a great job. The smart tv features are plentiful. But the problem areas are two - one, the smart tv is slow. Like click something, wait a really long time for it to do something, hit another button, wait. It feels like it takes forever to get an app up and running. Second, the screen is great, but it isn't super special either, I don't feel like it's got a major upgrade from anything. When running older content, like from a DVD, it just gives me a pixelated and/or blurred feel to it too. Stretching the screen out to this full size just seems to emphasize particles and video "noise". Even when streaming old content through the apps, it just stands out even more that the video quality is poor. I feel like it could have had better handling of older film so that it wasn't so obviously lower in quality, some sort of clarity filter or something would have been nice. I still love the TV though, I'm a die-hard Samsung TV fan and always will be. But yeah....those two things are a bit of a bummer, but the rest is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this TV. Purchased the 85 and it's perfect. I use it watching sports, shows and my PS4. I haven't came across a single thing I don't like. I even went back to get a 50" for my bedroom

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV definitely excels in the picture quality but the setup is somewhat cumbersome. Going through the menus can make you a bit frustrated but if you are using smart things app it gets better. Took me a while to figure out picture settings that Iiked but I once I git it setup, I am very happy. Q symphony is superb because I paired it with Samsung soundbar. Definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a large screen TV

Video died after,2 weeks, picture was mediocre.

I bought this set in early December 2024. The picture is OK, but not as good as I was hoping for. I was watching an early morning news show at 6 am, and all of a sudden, the screen turned black. The sound stayed on. I fooled with the remote, the HDMI cables, cable boxes, inputs, nothing. I noticed that when the set turned off, it no longer displayed the thin, horizontal white line it usually did. This confirmed the video was gone. I returned it to the store. Bought an OLED TV of a different brand—much better picture. We'll see how that one lasts. A real disappointment. I have many Samsung TV in my house, this one was a bust.
