Not Good

This tv replaced 85” Samsung that was about 3 years old and went out. I have another 85” that’s around 4 years old and it’s starting to do same thing so I’m sure it’s going out. That’s not a good track record for Samsung so I’ll have to go with another brand when I replace the one that’s going out.

Really like the TV, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really pleased with the picture and sound quality of my QN90D Samsung Neo QLED 4K TV. It is definitely a two person job to hang the tv on a wall mount. The set-up was fairly simple and did not take too long. That said, the remote for this tv is simple horrible. The volume button and directional button are not user friendly. The volume button is very small and somewhat recessed. The directional button requires you to be very specific where you place your finger to use the remote. If you are using a streaming service and you want to forward/reverse the program, good luck. Luckily, I have an old Samsung remote that has raised buttons that I can use on this tv and the old Samsung remote resolves the aforementioned user issues. Again, really happy with the picture quality and sound.

A great picture so far!

I purchased this TV before Christmas and so far up to this point I have had a good experience with this TV. I was happy I got a good price on this QN90D 85 inch. Based on this and the other features I wanted, I decided to go with this TV. I had been looking at all of the other top brands that also had good pictures. There are a couple of things that could be improved like the operating system and the remote. It’s takes a little time to learn how to navigate and get to the settings. I am not impressed with the remote, it feels cheap for such a quality TV like the QN90D 85 inch. The other top brands have nicer remotes. This TV has a great picture, this is even more so when you fine tune the settings or perform expert settings. You just have to play with the settings until you get the picture you are happy with. But so far, so good up to this point. I will update in a couple of months.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We purchased a Samsung TV in August 2024: Model # QN50QN90DAF Model Code # 0N550QN90DAFXZA Type # QN50QN90D We a re now experiencing dark horizontal screen lines. We tried to correct this following various online .recommendations . None have resolved the problem. How do we fix this? are there any warrantees?

Amazing TV Great for gaming with plenty of inputs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing picture. Great gaming TV with high 144hz refresh. It's the only TV I have that can connect all my consoles with 4 hdmi ports. Love the home interface. Easy layout and a great way to see all your apps and TV subscriptions all in one screen. Easy to change inputs to jump into a console game. Also access games right from Samsung game hub. Picture is great for movies or sports from any angle with no bad viewing angles.
