I purchased this tv in December 2024 and so far it has been a great addition to my home. This large 85" tv was perfect for my living room space. It makes watching all the sporting events like basketball 🏀 and football 🏈 just that much more exciting! The picture is very clear with great color and the sound is good. I would buy again.

I'm somewhat satisfied with the TV. The only thing I'm kind of disappointed is that there is a delay when changing channels or going from DVR to live TV, and sometimes the voice does not coincide with character lips. Not sure if it's our satellite system or the TV.

We appreciate your feedback on the lip sync issues you’re experiencing with your TV. This could possibly be a source issue, but if you’re hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a receiver, soundbar, or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay
Our TVs have an audio Pass-Through feature, which allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external device then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay.
On your TV, go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through
Please also be sure you’re running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this TV for a few days, but so far I am just blown away by the picture on it. I haven't even tweaked any settings yet, other than to turn on some of the "intelligent" options. The color saturation and clarity are fantastic. Unboxing and assembling the stand was simple (once I deciphered the silly arrows on the assembly instructions, which are just photos). Set up was straightforward using my phone and took less than 10 minutes. I just plugged in my set top cable box (AT&T U-verse) and the TV recognized it right away and added it to the home screen during the setup process. We are using this TV in a bedroom, so 43" was a perfect size to sit atop a chest of drawers, and it's incredibly thin. The TV looks great in both bright and dark settings. We're just using the built-in TV speakers for now, and I'm so impressed by the sound quality that I may not end up adding a sound bar or external speaker. I've had several Samsung TVs over the years, but this one is my favorite yet -- by far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, I’m blown away after using this Samsung 43” Class QN90D Neo QLED 4K Smart TV. It’s easy to navigate and lighting quick to switch between applications.
The Dolby Atmos and Object Tracking Sound Lite bring sounds to life and you actually feel like you’re in a movie theater. Incredible!
I love the 4K upscaling. It makes the picture look so much better. But wait, it also has the auto remastering! I love how the brightness auto adjusts based on the lighting in the room.
I can’t speak enough about how nice this tv is for the gamer and the movie watch. If you want to up your game, get yours today!
