The leader in 8k just keeps on getting better and

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a first gen owner of Samsung's 900a series, I was in awe of the technology and everything that Samsung managed to squeeze into that beautiful 85 in frame. I have been content with this TV for a few years and honestly thought I would never replace it. That was until I put my eyes on the newest qn800d. Well it doesn't quite have the millimeter thin bezel it comes pretty down close. However it does have mini LED which makes a consistent difference in the overall amazing picture quality of this tv.
I personally love that it still has the one connect box as it's a simple straightforward installation. Once I had the settings to my liking it was rediscovering that amazing feeling once again like seeing 8k for the first time. For me there is plenty of content that I like to watch especially on youtube. And let's not forget the TV doesn't incredible job of upscaling.

If you've been on the fence because people talk about the lack of content don't listen to them. Run don't walk to buy one of these amazing TVs

The image quality is sharp and vibrant, making it ideal for everyday entertainment, from streaming shows to gaming. The colors are well-balanced, and the brightness adjustment works smoothly in most indoor conditions.
However, the picture tends to blur slightly when exposed to direct bright sunlight, which can reduce clarity in well-lit rooms. Still, the 4/5 picture quality rating feels fair given its outstanding performance in normal lighting. Despite this minor drawback, the TV remains an excellent choice for everyday use, blending high-end features with reliable consistency.

Not worth the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is good, but I was expecting better after reading the Samsung description of the Qn800D.
There is a lot of reflections on the screen, so you have to monitor background lighting. The screen is also wavy making the reflections worse.
It is hard to get clear voices even using the voice enhancements. I have the Samsung Q990D soundbar, woofer and rear speakers, which are recommended for this TV. The sound is disappointing.
