We’ve had our tv for a few months now. And I’m not entirely happy with it. There has been sporadic problems where the tv will just up and shut down. Sometimes it will come back on on its own sometimes it will then shut right down again. Then come back on. Other times I have to turn it back on. It seems to happen more when I’m playing games on Xbox. It also has sound problems too. I’m using a Samsung sound bar with it. But the sound cuts out for a second every now and then. Sometimes it happens a lot. Sometimes not so much. I’m not sure if this is the fault of the tv, sound bar or both. Great picture though. We rely on it heavily for online content, ie netflix.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best TV I ever had

The TV is great. The problem I have is when they sent me the first TV something was wrong with it so I had to wait another week to get the next TV when I was having it installed by professional installers that I hired I talk to him about the first TV they sent me Meanwhile, he was setting it up and he peeled off a film off the front of the TV and I told him that that wasn’t on the first TV that I had a problem with and he said it was probably a used TV that you they sent you. I’m not happy about that because I paid for a new TV it makes you think when you buy something new is it really new?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Top of its class television!

We bought this just before the Super Bowl. The television is amazing. Almost like being there. Clearest sharpest picture I’ve ever seen on an 85 inch size television.
Easy to set up for a non-techie like me. Got all the apps to work in a matter of a few minutes. Highly recommended.

Display Issue

I bought this tv for less than 15 days and observed display problem twice. I have attached a picture and a video for the issue. The picture quality is also not good, changed different settings still see the blurry image. Noise reduction is not up to the mark for non-4k tv shows.

This TV has a lot to offer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased a QN800D Samsung Neo QLED 8K TV. The first thing I noticed was how vibrant the colors and how nice the contrast looked. There are so many features and settings to play around with so don't be shy about tinkering with all of them to fit your watching habits. I have noticed when many of the settings are maxed out, the TV does flicker or turn off and come back on. I had to scale down some of the settings and it seemed to be doing better. The Game Mode is an incredible feature for any gamers out there. Arguably my favorite part of the TV!
