It is an ok TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The antiglare feature works perfectly. I love being able to connect my earbuds while my wife can still enjoy the TV speakers. The resolution is bright and colorful, though not as sharp as I expected.

We appreciate your thoughts on the picture quality of Samsung’s QN800D TV. If the image you’re seeing isn’t to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to adjust.
Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
3. Eco: Provided to save energy
4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

Amazing picture quality

The picture quality is great and the hdr10+ content in 8k AI setting is just perfect. I don’t miss Dolby vision plus Netflix has changed to HDR10+. The remote is great and the menu is easy to navigate.

Best quality TV I ever owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picked up the QN800D Samsung Neo QLED 8K (2024) recently, and I’m really liking it so far. Yeah, there’s not much native 8K content out there right now, but honestly, 4K looks amazing on it. The upscaling is solid, and the colors and sharpness are next level. Super bright screen too—no issues watching during the day or in a well-lit room.
One of my favorite things is the Xbox Cloud Gaming support. I just paired my controller and jumped into some games without needing to buy an actual Xbox. Super convenient and works smoother than I expected.
Sound is pretty decent on its own, but I’ve got it paired with my Q-Symphony soundbar and the combo really fills the room. Makes movies and games feel way more immersive.
Overall, even without a lot of 8K stuff, the quality and features make it worth it for me. Great for gaming, watching movies, or just flexing a little with that 8K badge.
