The best TV purchase i ever made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is absolutely insane, the picture is so crisp and clear it's like looking through a window. The colors are vibrant and the blacks are deep, making everything pop. Sound quality is also top-notch, I don't even need a soundbar. Seriously considering selling a kidney to get the bigger size. Best TV I've ever owned, hands down.

Why did I wait so long?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have an older TV you can learn from my experience. We waited until my old, smaller Samsung TV showed signs of problems, and then we began to think about a new TV. That was a reasonable approach, but was one of ignorance as I had not paid any attention to TV/home theater/soundbars in the nearly 20 years we had the old TV. Things really changed in that time period: TVs became much better $ values, and visual quality and sound technology had zoomed ahead.
This TV was a real surprise, with picture detail and color quality I had never seen. We compared Samsung to other several brands in the same store and the only brand with comparable viewing qualities was considerably more expensive, so our new Samsung TV (QN800D Samsung Neo QLED 8K 65" TV) was an obvious choice. The other smart choice we made was to GO BIG. I can't quite put into words how much nicer it is to watch programming on a larger scale screen, but it is significant.

My 8K Experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From a 3D Samsung TV to a 8K Samsung TV; decision making was not easy. Specially when there are rarely any 8K contents from most of the providers. Rarely used the 3D function of my old TV forcthe same reasom. But the AI enhancement of working very well to make 3D like videos.
