[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this Television is one of, more likely, the best TV. I've owned. Clear screen, easy to access apps. My mom just turned 80 and watched my grandkids(her great grandkids at my house and even she could work the television. That's saying another since I had to teach her how to use a VCR back in the day. 🤣🤣

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung QN800D is a total game changer! The 8K resolution is jaw-dropping—colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and HDR makes everything look incredible. Watching movies or gaming on this thing is a feast for the eyes.
Design-wise, it’s super sleek and modern, fitting perfectly in any space. The Smart Hub is easy to navigate, giving you quick access to all your favorite streaming services.
The built-in sound is solid, but for a real audio boost, pairing it with a soundbar is a great idea. Gamers will love the low input lag and HDMI 2.1 support, making it perfect for high-paced action.
Overall, the QN800D is an amazing TV that brings cinema-quality vibes to your living room. Highly recommended!

My Samsung TV has a long shadow line 1/3 in .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung TV is less than a year old & already replaced once & it has a long shadow line 1/3 in from the side & 3/4 down. Samsung won’t do anything about it. They said it was out of warranty… It was a couple of days passed warranty..

Hello,

Thank you for sharing your experience with your TV not displaying properly. You may want to try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. If any external devices are connected, check all input cable connections

2. If the issue persists, define exactly what is wrong with the display. For example, mosaics and blocks, multiple lines or white dots, fixed horizontal, or vertical lines.

3. Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels?

4. Press the Home button (looks like a house), select Connected Devices, and choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources?

5. If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test)

6. If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal (Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. Signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception
