My Samsung TV has a long shadow line 1/3 in .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung TV is less than a year old & already replaced once & it has a long shadow line 1/3 in from the side & 3/4 down. Samsung won’t do anything about it. They said it was out of warranty… It was a couple of days passed warranty..

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your experience with your TV not displaying properly. You may want to try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. If any external devices are connected, check all input cable connections
2. If the issue persists, define exactly what is wrong with the display. For example, mosaics and blocks, multiple lines or white dots, fixed horizontal, or vertical lines.
3. Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels?
4. Press the Home button (looks like a house), select Connected Devices, and choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources?
5. If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test)
6. If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal (Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. Signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception

High resolution TV

Tv is great! But few things that could be annoying

Pros:
- No reflection from sun light from windows or indoor lights
- great clarity when streaming movies
- no need to worry about running out of batteries for remote.

- Wall mounting is tricky. Can't keep the TV box attached to back of TV when mounted to wall.
- selecting channel number from remote is not convenient
- OS/software is not top notch for the price.

Best TV ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the Samsung QN800D Neo QLED 8K TV, and it has exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The picture quality is stunning, with vibrant colors, deep blacks, and incredible detail, especially when watching native 8K content. Even 4K and lower-resolution content looks sharp thanks to the AI upscaling feature.

Phenomenal picture

This tv is incredible. The colors are bright & the blacks are super dark. Even when you stand completely on the side, the screen is as bright as can be. Entire TV is only 3/4" thick with a one connect that can be placed anywhere, on the stand or hidden away in a cabinet. Image is amazing & fills entire screen almost to the very edge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worth Every Penny

Although the current gaming consoles may not be able to use this TV's maximum resolution, my gaming computer sure can, and it is amazing to see anything running in 8k. Even older games pushed out to 8k look way better than the newer versions of those games that still use 4k or less.
I am overwhelmed with detail in whatever area of the screen I'm looking at. I honestly can't even begin to process what's in my peripheral vision just yet.
