We’ve had our tv for a few months now. And I’m not entirely happy with it. There has been sporadic problems where the tv will just up and shut down. Sometimes it will come back on on its own sometimes it will then shut right down again. Then come back on. Other times I have to turn it back on. It seems to happen more when I’m playing games on Xbox. It also has sound problems too. I’m using a Samsung sound bar with it. But the sound cuts out for a second every now and then. Sometimes it happens a lot. Sometimes not so much. I’m not sure if this is the fault of the tv, sound bar or both. Great picture though. We rely on it heavily for online content, ie netflix.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ease and Simplicity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To begin with, I have owned nothing but Samsung TVs (six of them) since 2008 and will own nothing else. This item is very simple to set up. Just plug it in, turn it on and the set will guide you through the set up. From flawless colors to magnificent sound, it is all done with the stylish remote.
The remote is sleek and compact, replete with minimalicity. Easy to understand and easy to use, it also offers two types of charging: USB-C charging and by using the "light" array on the back of the remote. Both work swiftly and when the unit is fully charged, a notice appears in the upper right hand corner of the unit to let you know to disconnect the remote.
As for uses, this item can be used for ANYTHING! Although I am not a gamer, the functionality for that use is amazing (a friend does game on his). No lag time, wonderful acceleration and amazing clarity. For me? I use the unit for streaming and sporting events.
When streaming, there is no buffering. Of course, this all depends on my router speed, but for me, there is no buffering. My chosen streaming platform provides clarity, popping colors and continuous play with no mishaps.
While enjoying a sporting event, I enjoy fantastic colors, wonderful clairity and zero "bluring" of the action. There is absolutely no hesitation in the action .
I also own a 32" 4K QLED and use it as a computer monitor and a 65" Q80 set that I use for streaming and sporting events before I fall asleep at night. Love these units!!

Best TV I ever had

The TV is great. The problem I have is when they sent me the first TV something was wrong with it so I had to wait another week to get the next TV when I was having it installed by professional installers that I hired I talk to him about the first TV they sent me Meanwhile, he was setting it up and he peeled off a film off the front of the TV and I told him that that wasn’t on the first TV that I had a problem with and he said it was probably a used TV that you they sent you. I’m not happy about that because I paid for a new TV it makes you think when you buy something new is it really new?
I would recommend this to a friend!

QN 800D 8K TV - Amazing Picture and Future-Ready

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it, love it! The Samsung 800D 8K TV is fantastic, even though 8K isn’t fully here yet and probably doesn’t change much for now. But I believe 8K is coming in the near future, and I’m passionate about the power of new technology. Investing in this TV feels like a step into the future.
Our TV is placed in a bright room with windows directly opposite, and I was worried about glare. But even in sunny Texas days, the picture is amazing with just blinds (we don’t have blackout curtains yet). The brightness and clarity are impressive and hold up perfectly.
The picture quality is incredible, even with current content. Watching ball games is especially enjoyable—it’s like being right there in the action. Highly recommended for anyone who loves stunning visuals and wants to be ready for what’s next in tech!

And this one obviously is my favorite and now, with the new PS5 pro with the 8K technology, I will be utilizing it to it's max, besides that, I love this tv and everything about it. I've also gotten the samsung surround sound bar and it works perfectly with the tv, the sound is amazing, I highly recommend it and will be buying more in the future
