The sound is not good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound in this tv is not good, very low it’s on the side of the tv and if I try to listen louder the tv vibrates and on the first week we got the tv strips started to show eventually it stop but sometimes it shows again, the other weird thing if I try to take a photo of the tv screen it shows a dark cloud on the photo like the tv is possessed.
Overall I would not buy a Samsung again, specially for the price we paid it was supposed to be really really good. I always had Sony and when it comes time to buy another one I’ll go back to Sony.

Thank you for purchasing Samsung's QN900D TV and for your feedback on the sound. To ensure you’ve got the latest sound quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If the sound is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal preferences.
• Sound Modes may better meet your personal preferences. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode, or Expert Settings to fine-tune and customize your sound.
• Adaptive Sound will also further optimize sound quality by analyzing the viewing space and the acoustic components of the content. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings.
Should you choose to add a Samsung Soundbar to your TV, please know that our Q-Series Soundbars (such as the HW-Q900D) feature Q-Symphony which will synchronize with the speakers of your TV for an immersive 3D sound experience.

8K amazing TV

I’ve had several compliments of my neighbors here at my golf course and they love the picture and all of the abilities that this TV has. I will always from now on by 8K from Samsung. Also, I have purchased over 25 Samsung TVs personally and through my practice.

Impressive Colors and Audio - Lacks Anti-Glare

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is an excellent choice for daily use. I opted for the 8K model to ensure I always get the best color depth, even though 8K content is still relatively scarce in the market.
As promised, the TV has wide viewing angles, providing a crisp and clear view from any angle.
The only downside of this massive screen is that it lacks anti-glare technology. In dark scenes or at night, it can appear almost like a mirror.
