Look at competitors - there’s better out there

Won’t stay on settings selected. One Connect cable is too short and can’t find anything longer ie 8’ is too short, need 12’. Only cable available is 40+ feet used for outdoors. Seller can’t help. Samsung can’t help. IR doesn’t work in a cabinet yet no solutions offered such as an IR extension.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
