Well worth the cost

We have 5 cats and were using 2 litter boxes, cleaning them twice a day. We bought one Petkit to see if the cats would use it. It took a couple of days and they began using it as well as a litter box. We bought another Petkit and removed the litter box and the cats are using it regularly. We now have 2 Petkits and live is so much better. Highly recommend this product.

Great product but my cats are afraid of it.

It is a wonderful cat box. We had some technology problems setting it all up, but we finally got it all worked out. We are still trying to convince our 6 cats it won't eat them. I'll admit the laughter has been worth it. Watching them try to sneak up on it to watch it move has been hilarious. We are holding out hope that they will get their courage up and start using it.

Game changer

I can't believe I didn't buy one of these sooner. I was hesitant buying a robotic litter box because they're usually sooo expensive. My house doesn't smell like litter box anymore and I have 3 cats. This product has been a game changer. The price was good and so far everything has worked great. I bought the litter that comes with it and it's amazing. Highly recommend getting that litter as well. I am stoked about this thing.

Excellent product. Make sure to set the cleaning time delay option in the smart cleaning setting to a wider window first before the cat uses the litter box for the first time. I think my cat got curious the first time using it and went in and out of the box, even though it is perfectly safe (opening is never blocked).

Good Machine, needs solid surface

This is a good machine and I have had multiple automated litter boxes, but I initially placed this on carpet and it did not work. I read other reviews and they stated to put ceramic tile on the carpet and then placed the litter box and it is currently is working fine.
