Great investment for busy pet parents, it looks quite modern and will not look weird in your house compared to a open litter pan. She got used to it after 2 days and realizes that it cleans up after her and loves it. Ordered the feeder and the water fountain too. I just wish the water foundation knew when how much she was drinking and I wish you guys still sold the collars and cozy beds that tell you how long they’ve been sleeping and adjusting the temperature. Very cool concept.. please go back in stock so that I can own a bunch of petkit supplies haha. 10/10 recommend

Hello, I have four of your PETKIT litter boxes! I truly love them, but one of the four gives me a lot of issues. Constantly having an issue with the sealing flap, so it doesn’t clean like ut should, it always tells me insufficient litter yet it’s full. I have to reset it alot. It’s the only one I come home and it’s a mess bc it hasn’t cleaned like it should. The other three are absolutely the best. As a breeder it definitely helps take the load off, except the one of course. Not sure what I need to do what I need to do to address the one box issues.

I have 2 cats and they were both using it for about a week and now my 3 year old female cat is afraid of it. I turned off the auto clean but she still won't use it. I have seen her go in it for about 6 seconds but then she uses the manual litter box I had to put back out. My 1.5 year old male cat has not problems using it. I just wish I could have gotten rid of the manual litter box.
