We were scared that our cat wouldn’t take to the box since so many auto-litter boxes includes reviews of cats being scared of the boxes and never using them. We left the old box around for a week, and after receiving notifications that the cat was primarily using the new box, we decided to ditch the old one for good. The utility room that houses the PetKit litter box now has a neutral smell, which is the best thing I could have hoped for. We’ve now had the box for a few weeks, and there are no issues. Our cat is about nine pounds, sensitive to sounds and new stuff, but the box has ample room for her, and she seems to like her “go” space.

While i'm not thrilled about the size, it's about as small as you can get for an automatic litter box. My cats used it immediately and it keeps my bathroom from smelling! (Except when i have to empty the bag....). it's very quiet and the app is great. All good in the cat house!

For the most part, this product works as described with the exception of it, not cleaning once my cat leaves. Had to set up, periodic cleaning in order for her to have a regular cleaning.

Best litter robot

I had been using other automatic litter boxes like litter robot for so long but was unhappy with them decided to try something new and am so glad I switched over to petkits brand so much easier to use love the app and doesn't smell bad at all

Toilet Times not Detecting Cats

I've had the litter box for about 14 days. The toilet times is not functioning, so it does not alert me when my cat has used the box or calculate their weight. I am working with their IT department to get this issue fixed. This is very unfortunate.
