[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this range about 3 months ago for an exorbitant price and I absolutely hate it. The only thing I like is the dual size burners on both front burners. It takes several minutes longer to bake items than the recipe calls for or that my old range ever took. It is not self clean but the seller said just put foil in the bottom. I get home and read up on it and it says never cover the bottom of the oven. And the VERY WORST problem is the racks DO NOT slide out smoothly. It warns about this in the instructions and advises to put oil on them. Why do I want burnt oil on new racks? I DON’T. Within a month a pan slide off the backside of the rack because the racks hang up so much. This is the first time I have ever been disappointed with a Whirlpool product. I’m certain this won’t be one of your published reviews that you write about below but it is all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this range since November 2024. It has worked well so far. There are just a couple of things to mention. The little slot indicators on the burner buttons are difficult for my elderly mother to see. Perhaps if the inside of the indentation were red or white, it would be easier to see. Also, one of the oven racks was so tight that I couldn't slide it in/out. I placed a warranty call and a technician did bring me a new one promptly. It's better, but still hard to slide.

No frills oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased and I am happy with its performance. I did not want a bunch of bells and whistles, just bake, broil and use the stove top. These 3 things work fine. Only thing that bothered me is when I unboxed it after I got it home, one of the balancing bricks on the back was gone. This was not the retailers fault, as I picked it up and unboxed it myself. So somewhere between the factory and the retailer this happened.
I would recommend this to a friend!
