[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electric range once heated cook the food quickly. It takes a approx 10 to 15 mins for water to come to a boil on med heat. It does cook the food evenly. The oven takes a little longer to cook the food when compared to a gas oven. It takes the average time of 15 runs to preheat the oven.

Wish I knew how all the features worked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works like a stove should work. I never had a stove with dual burners or no preheat feature before, would have been nice to have a basic guide on these features instead of having to spend 30 minutes trying to figure out how to find out about these on your website. I had a hard time finding it on your website. I know no one furnishes owner manuals anymore but a basic guide on features would be helpful.

Why can't I get an owners manual? The website is impossible. After I went through all the questions about me and my stove, they still won't let me download an owners manual. I don't know how to clean it! No thanks to future purchases, Whirlpool!

Nice basic stove. Jury still out on oven works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall controls are straight forward and functional. The markings for the dual burner controls could stand out more and be a touch larger to be read more easily. We are not thrilled with the temperature in the oven as sometimes looking through the door the temperature seems mostly under the temp reading on the display yet sometimes over.I have adjusted the temp system setting and hope this helps. The glass top is an absolute nightmare for cleaning. We used to have a basic Hotpoint with glass top but it had a spray speckled finish on the glass and not this Jet Black that cleaned up and hid smear marks much better.

The good and the bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No information book with delivery. I didn't know which way to turn the dials for large or small cooking . The temperature is very accurate. The oven clicks when heating. Told by others NOT to use the pizza or lasagna settings because they burn the food. It cleans remarkably well! This is the first oven that I have ever had where the oven light is so bright that you can see the food without opening the oven door!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove works just like I hoped it would. Great price and attractive in my kitchen. The knobs I may replace due to my limited vision. No knob marks to visually see if I turned the burner off. Black indent isn't appropriate. Yes I would purchase this again and will recommend to my family and friends.
