[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am disappointed with several things about this new range. I do find it attractive, stylish and it looks very nice in my kitchen. I find the range knobs difficult to read. The small black indentions on the black knobs are hard to distinguish. White or grey lines would have been so much better. I have only cooked on the stove top one time, using 2 of the burners on the black glass top. Both have been scratched already..in one use! and I was careful not to slide the sauce pans around. One pan held a sauce that I had to stir constantly and it slid just a bit as I was doing so and that was enough to leave a scratch on the range surface. The oven has some issues as well. I baked a hot dish in 9x12 glass baking dish. When I went to remove the hot dish, I experienced 2 pretty significant issues. I opened the door fully to the down, open position but it keep creeping back up as if to close. It happened each time I tried to remove the hot dish with the oven door creeping upward toward my extended arms. This is not safe! The other issue is that the oven shelves do not slide easily at all. They scrape against the rails and pull out unevenly. In fact, I had a difficult time pulling the racks to their full extension because they reach a point at which they hit and will not clear the side of the oven. I wish I had kept my 30 year old range that was actually working fine but did not match the new refrigerator I had purchased.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old stove had more room inside the oven to store butts and the drawer for the bottom pants on the knees with but some pants underneath was large Also I am older and I have a hard time seeing the controls up above for the top of the stove heating
