To be honest when I bought the oven, I didn’t get instructions. I had a very hard time figuring out the oven how it works Sabbath mode and I feel like the oven is pretty junk, but I didn’t pay a lot of money and my wife is very happy with the cooking so I have mixed feelings of what to write

We we will be passing your feedback about the controls over to our product team to review. We'd also like to assist with tips that can help with cooking in the oven. We recommend trying out the oven bake test. This can help identify if the temperatures need to be adjusted. You can find instructions in the following article: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=16653
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great! This is the first gas powered oven I've had since my youth, and it honestly works better than the electric models I've dealt with over the last few years. Easy to use and a sleek look
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range is perfect for my needs. Right size, right number of features and easy to use. The display panel is laid out well and not cluttered. The burner knobs are well marked and a bit larger making them easier to use. The self-cleaning feature was a great plus.
Takes too long to cool down. No broiler. Otherwise, a decent oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry that the cool down time of this range is longer than expected. This unit does have a broil option located on the control panel. We are however happy that you are enjoying this range, and we are confident that it will serve you for many years to come.
