Nice oven

The stovetop is great. I also like the oven; however, sometimes my food doesn't cook evenly. Not sure if this is a "me" issue, or if it's the oven itself...I know that I'll never need to use the Wi-fi feature so, I can't tell anyone how that is. I haven't had the time to actually use the self-clean and/or the steam-clean features; however, I hope to use one of these before the weather gets too warm!
My new range arrived yesterday and the front left burner will not ignite. It clicks but wont light. The place I purchased it from is suppose to get in touch with GE to have the problem resolved. Not too happy that you purchase a new range and it doesn't work properly.

We recommend checking to be sure the burner caps are installed in the proper position on your range. The front left burner on your model offers the highest BTU rating and would use the largest burner cap. If your issue continues, please call our service team - Bodewell at 1-833-426-3393 to have your range evaluated and repaired as needed. We're confident our service person will remedy this issue for you.
This range is exactly what I wanted…….its a brand new range, it is simple and basic to use, it is easy to keep clean, each item I have baked or broiled comes out as I wanted it to, I am very pleased with my new range.
The oven runs 25° hotter than the setting. We'll have to have it checked out. The burners on the stove I will have to get used to the higher racks.

We want to help you with your range. You can adjust the oven temperature up or down 35 degrees. Please review page 11 in your manual. https://images.salsify.com/image/upload/s--k3tfFFCC--/4e1d9ae78f933bf0e3c64867ac0a81385d3a65a6.pdf
We have a test on our site that explains how to check the oven temperature. It is called a biscuit bake test, and you can view it here:
The range is good. I wish it had 2 large burners instead on one and I am still trying to regulate the oven temperture as it is not accurate
I would recommend this to a friend!

We'd like to help out with calibrating the oven. We recommend trying to adjust the thermostat. You can view instructions on page 11 in the user manual here: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--k3tfFFCC--/4e1d9ae78f933bf0e3c64867ac0a81385d3a65a6.pdf.
We will be passing your feedback about having 2 large burners over to our product team to review.
Stove installed easily and so far is great...yet to try broiler coureous how electric burner will be. Oven seems great we will have to get actual times down pat as we continue to learn thruogh use.
