Solid, good performance so far but I’m glad I am not an 80 year old lady with arthritis. Buttons are hard to press. Labels aren’t lined up exactly over switches either.

We are happy you're enjoying the temperature control of this range. While we know cooking is the main act of this range, cleaning is also important. This range includes a Self-Clean with Steam Clean feature. You are now able to save time and effort by using the self-cleaning function for deep clean situations, or enjoy frequent cleanings without the need for kits or extra steps thanks to the steam clean oven function. We are confident that this range will assist you with creating many delicious meals for years to come. Happy cooking!
My wife and I love the configuration, controls, and oven. All work very well once we figured out how to use all of the controls. Haven't quite figured out what the suggested use of the different size burners is.
My Kenmore died, went 20 years. This stove was most like it. Doesn't need that WIFI on it. Getting used to using it. No manual on using it comes with. Luckily I have a computer. Not sure why the grated are raised so high over the gas burners. More gadgets on stoves, more to go wrong. Need more time baking before I can comment on the oven. A basic stove. Looks nice. We will see how many years it will go. Can't believe the cost of appliances today.
This stove works but could use a lot of improvement. The oven runs too hot, and there is a strong smell of gas when cooking at high temperatures. There are only two grates on the range instead of four separate ones. The center section of the range is almost as low as the sections around the flames - if you put a spoon rest and cooking implement on the center of the range, the handle of the cooking implement gets hot. There is also only one well under each grate - if there is a large spill under a pot on one side, the spill won't be contained to the area around that one burner - it will spread to the other burner but in the same well. Since the center of the range is almost as low as the wells, I imagine that a large spill could also spread across the range. The oven has a sabbath and festival mode, but when you use it, the clock does not display the time. When the oven is on, the clock also does not display the time - you cannot even push the clock button to see the time. We have not yet used the self clean feature, so I can't rate that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are glad to assist with the operation of your gas range. Your comments regarding the design of the unit is important information. We will be sure to share this with our Product Design Team.
When the oven first starts, it is normal to detect an unusual odor coming from the range. This odor is caused by the combustion of gas at the burner and it will go away within a few minutes as the oven heats up. Unburned gas also has an odor. It is completely different from the odor caused by the combustion of gas. Note: It is not normal to smell unburned gas in your home; therefore, if you smell gas, you need to open the windows. Do not touch any electrical switches, extinguish any open flame, and promptly call your gas supplier from a phone outside of your home.
Be sure not to touch the burners, grates, the cooktop or oven heating elements, or the interior surface of the oven. These surfaces may remain extremely hot for an extended period of time following cooking, even though they no longer appear to be on or hot. Please refer to the safety information in the Use and Care Manual starting with page 3.
