[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks great. I love the fingerprint resistant surface. It is super quiet! I was excited about the 3rd rack but it's an adjustment. Sometimes I have to redo the silverware because they get out of place somehow. It seems smaller than my 12 yo Bosch so that's disappointing. I expect it to last because of the Bosch quality. I've had this for just a couple of weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most quite dishwasher I have ever owned. Most room of any dishwasher I've ever owned. Especially love the utensil top tray ,eliminating the bottom basket giving more room for dishes,pots and pans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was looking forward to a good quality quiet dishwasher but not very happy with this model. Definitely quiet, however even on extra dry cycle my whole load is always wet. Very frustrating to have to dry everything now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please know that your feedback is very important to us and will be shared with the appropriate teams for additional consideration. Your dishwasher is designed to dry using the PureDry® condensation drying system. This is an energy-efficient, closed drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. This process works by heating the dishes with hot water during the final rinse. The cooler stainless steel pulls moisture from the dishes. The inside of the unit will be wet at the end of the cycle, but the dishes should be dry. It's important to note that plastics don’t retain heat as well as other dishware materials and don’t dry as well. To improve drying results, we recommend turning on the Intensive Drying feature. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dishwasher about a month ago and has been working great! We scrap off the big chunks of food and put in the machine without rinsing. Comes out clean every time. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this dishwasher lives up to the Bosch name. The only thing I don't like about it is that the items on the 3rd rack (uppermost) sometimes do and sometimes don't dry. Love that plastics can go on the bottom rack without damage. We learned that utensils and tableware can go in the top rack, eliminating the need to use the small basket that fits in the bottom rack. It doesn't hold much and seems to come loose anyway, so we just removed it. Perfect for having more space for pans and other larger items.
