[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not like the use of an app to run your dishwasher. This is an unneeded and unwanted feature. I also would like to be able to keep the door afar to keep moisture from taking an odor. Finally the wine glass rack is far far far too hard to remove and takes up a significant part of dishwasher. Please make this all more simple!!

Great Investment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love it. It runs whisper quiet, cleans dishes really well, wifi app is nice to keep us on track for when we need to refill sanitizer and other things, also makes set up so easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am under the impression that I do not have to rinse my dishes and they will come out clean. I have come to the conclusion, if I don't rise all the food remnants off the dishes, some of the dishes will not come out clean. I load dishes as recommended. The machine smells even after I run a cyle. The small utensil basket does not stay in place. The only Positive, is that it is very quiet. I think I would be fine if it was a bit louder and actually cleaned the dishes well.purchased this dishwasher with the understanding that I should not have to completely rinse my dishes before loading them. Unfortunately, I have found that if I don’t rinse off nearly all of the food remnants first, some of the dishes do not come out clean. At that point, it feels like I’m doing much of the dishwasher’s job before I even load it.
I have made sure to load the dishwasher according to the manufacturer’s recommendations, but the cleaning performance is still disappointing. Another issue is that the dishwasher often has an unpleasant smell, even immediately after running a cycle. The small utensil basket also does not stay securely in place, which is frustrating.
The one significant positive is that the dishwasher is extremely quiet. However, I would gladly trade some of that quietness for better cleaning performance. Ultimately, the most important job of a dishwasher is to get the dishes clean, and unfortunately, this one has not consistently done that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic Dishwasher With One Utensil basket Issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this dishwasher. The biggest thing that stood out to me is how well it dries. I've owned several dishwashers over the years and this dries better than any dishwasher I've ever had. The cleaning performance has also been great and I haven't had any issues with dishes coming out dirty.
It's also ridiculously quiet. It actually took me a little while to get used to because I kept thinking the dishwasher had finished when it was still running. Thankfully, the light indicator lets you know it's operating, which makes a lot more sense once you realize how quiet this thing actually is.
The racks give you plenty of flexibility and overall everything feels very well made. For something that gets used constantly, I definitely feel like I got the quality I was paying for.
My only complaint is the utensil basket. The individual slots aren't as wide as I would have liked. I have nicer utensils with thicker handles and while they fit through some of the openings, they don't fit through others. I really wish Bosch had made all of the slots slightly wider or designed the top so it could accommodate thicker utensils.
It's a relatively small complaint compared with how well the dishwasher actually performs, but it's something I deal with every time I load it, so it's enough for me to take off a star.
Overall, the cleaning is great, the drying performance is fantastic, and it's easily the quietest dishwasher I've owned. Fix the utensil basket and I would have a hard time finding anything to complain about.
