I love how quiet this model is- you hardly hear it at all. I love the 3rd rack for utensils as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last dishwasher lasted 17 years so using our new Bosch took some education by watching videos and googling questions. Needed to call to get Home Connect to work and the tech person walked me through the steps and now it's linked. It's much more efficent loading compared to our last one and now we run it a lot less. The bottom rack rolls out on its own, so I do need to call and see if this is common.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased essentially the same dishwasher in 2014. Always liked it. Door spring failed in early 2025 and I elected to replace the unit rather than repair. Never had a service call on original.
