[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last dishwasher lasted 17 years so using our new Bosch took some education by watching videos and googling questions. Needed to call to get Home Connect to work and the tech person walked me through the steps and now it's linked. It's much more efficent loading compared to our last one and now we run it a lot less. The bottom rack rolls out on its own, so I do need to call and see if this is common.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased essentially the same dishwasher in 2014. Always liked it. Door spring failed in early 2025 and I elected to replace the unit rather than repair. Never had a service call on original.

Love my Bosch Dishwasher, “But”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my dishwasher, very quiet and cleans the dishes well. However I am not fond of having the controls on the inside. When I go to close the dishwasher I am always hitting them with my hand. I would prefer to have them on the outside, Otherwise its a great machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently installed this dishwasher and it is wounderful - no, fabulous! No noise! Very, very quiet. I can watch tv in the same room without hearing this unit. It cleans up even baked on cheese, meat, without pre-rinsing before using. I definitely recommend this dishwasher.
