[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 17 yr old Bosch dishwasher wore out. We went again with this Bosch dishwasher and it is great. The model was easy to install, controls are easy to use and our dishes cone out spotless. We stayed with Bosch and could not be happier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so far I love my Bosch dishwasher EXCEPT - the location of the product information - model number, serial number, etc being on the side of the door. The appliance is installed very close to a side cupboard and it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to get a view of the information because of the location of the cupboard. Why can't the information all be on the top lid of the dishwasher for easy viewing?

First week of Ownership

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher looks very good. It’s very quiet. Cleans well. It has a container for rinse aid, however, we use a soap/rinse all in one tablet and didn’t fill the rinse aid. Set the rinse aid level distribution level to zero so that it would not remind us to fill it. We also have city soft water and didn’t need to fil the salt container. Recommend using Auto rather than the Normal cycle. Setting up the Home Connect was not smooth as I would have liked. Tried several troubleshooting methods to enable it (tried 2.4 and 5 ghz networks (not clear if the newer supports both networks for setup, currently using on 5 ghz with Home Connect). Finally, shut off and reset the circuit breaker and eventually I was able to get it on the network. Main reason for using Home Connect is to access features that can’t be easily done thru the front panel.

Smart appliances are plain dumb

Another otherwise great appliance ruined by smart technology. Blocking the delay function and forcing it into an utterly poor designed and UI app is a horrible decision and if I knew Bosch did this I would never have bought it. Luckily it was the first appliance i bought for a total gut remodel and the last Bosch.

Never looking back from getting a nice Bosch!!
