Tines need better design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought a Bosch dishwasher based on the reputation of reliability. I found out that the tine design makes it very hard to load my dishes. Previously I had GE and Whirlpool designs which had good tine designs. The Bosch are fine for plates but odd shaped or larger bowls do not fit well and you are forced to take up too much space. There are no large. Also the angles of the tines are too excessive so bowls tip over unless supported by other plates. The spacing of the upper rack tines wasts space on typical glass sizes. Not a fan. And the dishes come out very wet. Hopeufull the reliability will override this fault. I do like how clean the dishes are though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bosch dishwasher

Nice dishwasher but thought it had a handle which it doesn't. It's quiet but I feel the dishwasher insides are smaller because of the extra padding on the outside to make it quieter.

Whisper quiet

I wanted a quiet dishwasher and this is it! We barely know it's running. I don't have much to compare it to because it's our first dishwasher. But it does the job well. The dishes, silverware, and glassware all come out sparkling. It took me a few tries to get things right with the detergent and rinse aid. I didn't want to use the brand that Bosch suggests because I was looking for natural products. But 7th Generation works great. I love the third rack for silverware. It leaves more room for pots on the bottom. Super happy and highly recommend!

Best Dishwasher We've Ever Owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely the BEST dishwasher we've ever owned and in 43 years in our home we've had multiple brands. This is our 2nd Bosch and there was no question that it was the brand we wanted. They are the QUIETEST ever! They truly need that little red light that shines on the floor so you know it's running. We do NOT wash our dishes before they go in the dishwasher and they always come out clean. Our new one has the 3rd rack for silveware and we love that. Love that we can set a favorites cycle to run each time. We love our Bosch appliances.

Extremely quiet

Buyer's regret-would def return if given option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loading this dishwasher is pure aggravation. The tines are at an angle making it a struggle to load a mixed variety of dishes. I end up having to load most bowl shaped items upside down, which then hogs up all the space becuase if I load them sideways they aren't cleaned effectively.
The 3rd rack is adequate for silverware, but then not much space for other large utensils.
I thought also I was getting the model with the auto air--but this one doesn't have that feature, so another disappointment.
As far as cleaning--not impressed. It's a definte "meh" for me there. Any big or super dirty items I'm just hand washing becuse I now know this washer can't handle it.
